Currently, our accounts are named “Millennium Trusts Company FBO [Name]”; after the rebrand, will IRA accounts be renamed?
Accounts on our books and records will say Inspira Financial Trust, LLC FBO “Name”. For accounts or assets that are on a third party's books, existing accounts will remain with their own name.
Will pre-paid debit cards with the Millennium Trust brand still work?
Yes, the current pre-paid debit cards with the Millennium Trust brand will still work through the expiration date identified on your card.
Will I get a new card with the new name on it to replace my current Millennium Trust card?
We will not re-issue any current pre-paid debit cards to anyone who already has one. If a new pre-paid debit card is requested after our name changed to Inspira has been implemented, we will issue that new pre-paid debt card with the Inspira name on the card and will notify you when we do.
Will distribution checks with the Millennium Trust Company name still be able to be cashed? If so, how long will this be acceptable?
Yes, all checks with the Millennium Trust Company name will still be valid and ready to be deposited/cashed until the stated expiration of a check, which is typically 6 months.
Will I get a new card with the new name on it to replace my current PayFlex debit card?
We will not re-issue any current debit cards. Your current debit card with the PayFlex logo will continue to work through the expiration date identified on your card. Once your card expires, you will receive a newly branded card with the Inspira logo.
Will claims checks with the PayFlex name still be able to be cashed/deposited?
Yes, all checks with the PayFlex name will still be valid and ready to be deposited or cashed until the stated expiration of a check, which is typically 6 months.
Will I still be able to access my account through the PayFlex mobile app?
Yes, you will still be able to access your account through the PayFlex mobile app or online at PayFlex.com. When we launch our new mobile app in 2024, we will communicate any potential new app or online experience.
How does this name change affect my health insurance?
It does not affect your health insurance. Inspira, formally PayFlex, only administers your health savings account (HSA), flexible spending account (FSA) or similar benefits and does not administer your health insurance benefits.
